A thirty-year somatic practice, reintroduced. We rebuilt Mia Gleason’s brand and website from a generic template into an editorial identity worthy of her expertise.
The Overview
Mia has spent nearly thirty years mastering structural integration, fascial fitness, and postpartum bodywork. Her old site told none of that story.
It was a stock template: a single bright-blue theme, a borrowed flower banner, and a flat menu that buried her deepest expertise under generic labels. Nothing about it signaled the rigor, the lineage, or the calm authority of the practitioner behind it. We were brought in to make the website finally match the work.
The Challenge
A master’s practice in a beginner’s template.
Mia’s business was scaling, and her site needed to show it.
01
Generic template identity
A one-color blue theme and a stock floral header that could belong to any practice. No ownable brand, no point of view.
02
Expertise buried
Thirty years of training and a rare modality reduced to flat menu items. The depth of the work never came through.
03
No clear path to book
Booking, intake, and online courses were scattered across vague links with no single, confident call to action.
04
Dated and undifferentiated
Visually it read as a hobby site, not a premium, decades-deep practice, undercutting the price and trust the work commands.

The Approach
What we built.
A complete identity and site, designed around the way Mia actually works.
Brand Identity
An editorial, evidence-led look
A refined wordmark, a warm cream-and-deep-navy palette with a single burgundy accent, and a serif voice that reads like a clinician who is also an artist. The bitter-rose emblem stayed, everything around it grew up.
Web Design + Build
Structure that mirrors the work
Anatomical illustration, generous white space, and a clear modality architecture: Structural Integration, Fascial Fitness, Pilates, and Postpartum each get a real home with a path to book.
Copywriting
Language as precise as the hands
“Pain is a pattern, not a mystery.” We wrote a confident, plain-spoken voice that names the client’s problem, explains the mechanism, and earns the booking.
Booking + Intake
One confident path to yes
A single, prominent “Book a session” flow, a streamlined client intake form, and a course waitlist, replacing a scatter of vague links with one clear next step.
Newly Built
Pages the old site never had.
The redesign didn’t just refresh, it gave Mia’s full range room to breathe.

This is what a Startup Package looks like. If your website no longer matches the work, let’s fix that.
